AI / Model Functionality (Post-1.0 Library)

The model, prompt, tool, and pipeline block keywords have been removed from the language. Model invocation, generation cards, typed output schemas, evaluators, and provider adapters are planned for the post-1.0 sfn/ai library capsule. The ![model] effect remains in the language as the capability gate.
